Spring Break at Sea World

I think that I (Amanda) was more excited to go to Sea World than Mason. I haven't been in years and was looking forward to seeing the shows. However, my great expectations were quickly dashed after entering the park. We immediately saw stables with Clydesdale horses and thought, uhm, that's weird to have at SEAworld. Turns out that Anheiser Busch owns Sea World now too. They had booths all over the place selling beer and beer paraphernalia. It was so weird! And for every exhibit, there were 2 gift shops! Luckily Mason is still young enough to be a little oblivious to all the marketing being thrown at them! I could go on a whole tangent about consumerism and how these parks try to bleed you dry but that is another post for another blog! Just wanted to tell you all how much the kids loved the park. Mason loved the sharks the most and can't wait to see them again. Willow mostly just liked watching Mason enjoy the animals.
